PURPOSE OF AND CONSENT TO POLICY.  The website erinebreeze.com is owned by Erin E Breeze Strategies LLC, (“us,” “we,” or “Company”).  We are committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (the “Website”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Website, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Policy is only applicable to the Website, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Website, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the Policy and your consent to be bound by its terms.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.  In operating the Website, we may include registration, and other online forms that ask users to provide their names, e-mail addresses, and other contact information.  In addition, in order to provide you with requested communication, information or services (including payment for services or products), we may require you to provide certain additional personal information.  Such information may include the following categories:  mailing address, phone number or payment information.  Also, if you communicate with us by email, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, any information provided may be collected as personal information. You understand that your decision to provide such information is voluntary and constitutes your clear consent to allow us to collect, process and retain it.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION.  Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g., Social Security Number; date of birth; driver’s license numbers; or credit card; bank account or other financial information) (collectively, “Sensitive Information”) through the Website.  If you submit any Sensitive Information through the Website, you do so at your own risk, and we will not be liable to you or responsible for consequences of your submission.   

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers may automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Website may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to fill out a Website form to register, or otherwise request information from us, we will use the personal information to facilitate account creation and logon process for future communication and/or the performance of a contract and provision of services. 
  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time by contacting us as set forth below).

NO DISCRIMINATION FOR CCPA REQUESTS.  Businesses are prohibited from discriminating against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA, including by: (A) denying you goods or services; (B) charging you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; (C) providing you with a different level or quality of goods or services; or (D) suggesting that you will receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services. Nothing prohibits a business from charging a different price or providing a different level or quality of service if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. Please note that Company may claim legal exemptions for certain types of personal information from all or certain parts of the CCPA pursuant to various CCPA exemptions.

We believe it is essential that parents are involved in their children's online experiences. Our Website is designed and intended for adults. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly collect or store personal information about children under age 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information via the Website, or otherwise provided us with their personal information, please contact us immediately as set forth below.  If we become aware of a user under the age of 13 providing information on our Website without parental permission, we will terminate that account and purge our databases of all personal information provided by that user to the extent feasible.
